Patrick Roger got the highest degree of " Meilleur Ouvrier de France" in 2000. He is an expert in subtile combinations such as his Valparaiso ganache with limon - simply divine. He can mix subtility with the high end taste of delicious chocolat. 

He's an artist in taste but also very creative. In his shop you can see chocolat sculpture made by the master.
